Shipping and returns
DELIVERY
Whenever possible, we send our packages climate-neutrally with DHL . Occasionally we also use the services of GLS or Hermes.
DELIVERY TIME
As a rule, production takes time thanks to this free Add-ons (express production) only 1-2 working days . Shipping is also done via DHL and usually only needs about 1-2 workdays . Each product is made exclusively for you after you order. This applies to Germany.
PROCESSING TIME
Please note that we only ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping is free for orders over €80! Up to an order value of €79.99, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99
European Union
Shipping is free for orders over €120. Up to an order value of €119.99 the shipping costs are €12.99

However, if for any reason something is not what you expected, we will be happy to accept unworn, unwashed or defective items for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Our philosophy is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

For international orders, please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties, fees or shipping charges may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not within the scope of OnlyJesus calculated shipping costs included.

DAMAGES DUE TO HANDLING BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER
At At OnlyJesus we take great care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality and are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. However, sometimes packages can be damaged due to handling by the shipping service provider.
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we recommend that you take photos of the packaging and contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to report the problem. Please also send the same photos to us at hello@onlyjesus.com and we will do our best to help you.
Please note that damage caused by shipping carrier handling is outside of our refund policy. We thank you for your understanding in this matter and will do everything we can to help you resolve any issues with damaged packages.
MISSED DELIVERY
At At OnlyJesus we understand that it is important for you to receive your order on time and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases there may be delays in delivery which are beyond our control.
For example, shipping service partners may experience unexpected delays or problems during transportation, such as difficult weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the shipping service provider to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

CHANGES TO ORDERS AND ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order hallo@onlyjesus.de . We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.
INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at hallo@onlyjesus.de within 48 hours of receiving the package with your order number and the details of the missing or incomplete items. Depending on stock and availability, we may ship products separately. We will cover shipping costs for missing or incomplete items. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the missing or incomplete items or seek an alternative solution.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. Once we hand over the package to our shipping service partners, it is beyond our control.
