Right of withdrawal
consumer have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the time on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods. Consumers are natural persons who, for the most part, cannot be attributed to either their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will be obliged to pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ), immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the thirty-day deadline has expired. In principle, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
OnlyJesus guarantees a refund provided that all items are returned in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of trying them on). In addition, all tags and labels must be undamaged and in their original condition. If the label has been removed, the exchange will not be guaranteed.
